2018 Christmas shipping deadlines

If you’re ordering a personalized stamp or ornament:

  • International - 12/3/18

  • USPS First Class Mail - 12/10/18

  • USPS Priority Mail - 12/13/18

  • USPS Priority Express - 12/15/18

If you paid for RUSH PRODUCTION you can order as late as:

  • International - 12/7/18

  • USPS First Class Mail - 12/14/18

  • USPS Priority Mail - 12/17/18

  • USPS Priority Express - 12/19/18

For textiles, coasters, and non-personalized stamps and ornaments:

  • International - 12/7/18

  • USPS First Class Mail - 12/14/18

  • USPS Priority Mail - 12/17/18

  • USPS Priority Express - 12/19/18

Please reach out to us ASAP if you need us to add a Rush Production listing to your order.

Orders posted after the above dates are not likely to be delivered before Christmas.

We cannot be responsible for any shipping delays incurred by the USPS or customs once your package ships out of our studio. Please reach out to your local post office or the USPS customer service department if you suspect a delay.

Shipping + Handling



East Grove ships using the United States Postal Service. During check-out, we allow you to select your shipping speed:

  • First Class Mail (3-5 business days within the USA, 6-10 business days international)
  • Priority Mail (1-3 business days within the USA)
  • Express Priority Mail (overnight within the USA)

On non-personalized products, we aim to ship within 1-3 business days. Personalized products usually take 1-2 weeks, unless you purchase rush production. Rush production does not include rush shipping, that costs extra. Rush production means that we'll produce your product within 1 business day.

East Grove is not responsible for shipping delays incurred by the USPS. In the rare instance that a package has been shipped, but never ends up getting delivered: If the tracking is marked as 'delivered' the proper stolen package paperwork will need to be filled out for the USPS and any other related agencies by the buyer. East Grove Stamp Co is not responsible for your package once it is marked as 'delivered' by the USPS. If the USPS cannot locate your package, we are willing to send one replacement package on the condition that the buyer pays for the replacement shipping.

International Customs and Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. East Grove is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns + Exchanges



If you need to cancel your order for whatever reason, you have 24 hours to do so. Once the order has shipped out or a personalized order has gone into production, you can no longer cancel.



Returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Privacy Policy

East Grove will only use your shipping, billing, and e-mail address:

  • To communicate with you about your order
  • To fulfill your order
  • For legal reasons (for example: paying taxes)

Your personal information will never be shared or sold outside of our company.

Payment Options

We use both Stripe and PayPal to process payments and thus accept all major credit cards that those payment processors take.
